LGBTQ+ Wedding DJ & Hybrid Band in Philadelphia
Celebrated, Not Just Accepted
You shouldn’t have to explain yourselves to vendors or brace for awkward moments on your wedding day. You deserve a celebration where you can simply be you.
We’re Christine and Ali, the wife-and-wife team behind Luxe, and we understand that from experience. We’ve been told to keep this part of us quiet, to leave it off our business and not post it. We chose not to. We’re proud of who we are, the people we’ve become, and a business built on celebrating every couple.
That’s why your names and pronouns are right in every announcement, your traditions are yours to keep, change, or skip, and your music is built for the people in your room.
Plenty of vendors say they’re inclusive. We understand it from the inside.
Different Performers. Same Celebration of You.
Whichever DJ, musician, or attendant is at your celebration, you can relax. Everyone on the Luxe team is hand-picked for their talent and for sharing our values: every couple, every love story, and every guest deserves to be celebrated.
Before your day, we share everything that matters with your team, from names and pronouns to the moments to highlight and the ones to skip. You won’t have to explain yourselves to anyone.
LGBTQ+ Wedding Questions, Answered
-
Yes, always. Every couple, every love story.
-
We ask during planning how you’d like to be introduced, including names, pronouns, and titles, and we share it with your whole Luxe team. No “bride and groom” unless that’s you.
-
Yes! They can open your dance floor with a song or two, or MC your whole celebration, from grand entrances and toasts to the last dance. It’s completely optional. Just let us know what you have in mind.
-
Absolutely. Keep them, reinvent them, or skip them. We’ll suggest alternatives if you want ideas, like a shared dance with chosen family.
-
That’s our specialty. We build your mix around your people, not a generic wedding playlist.

We’re based in Philadelphia and serve Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and beyond. For celebrations more than an hour from Philadelphia, a travel fee applies. Just ask!
